Navigating Transitions: Prioritizing Self-Care for More Ease and Joy
The things that filled your cup in your 20's and 30's, may not work for you in your 40's and beyond. Women in perimenopause show increased risks of serious depression and anxiety, as well as mood swings and irritability, which effects not just you, but your career, work, family and community.Â
In this talk, Beth will share the reasons behind the symptoms of perimenopause, as well as the actual symptoms, so that you can recognize them in yourself. We will discuss some of the best ways to manage them with simple lifestyle adjustments. There will be time to assess what you are doing currently, and get ideas for what you can be doing differently.Â
