In case you missed it, yesterday we kicked off our 2019 International eWomenNetwork Entrepreneur Pre-Conference hosted by our Director of Digital Marketing, Briana Dai. If you attended early, then you already know all the great resources and tools shared. However, if you weren’t an early bird - don’t fret because we’ve got you covered on all things pre-conference. It was a day for the books and is only a preview of what is in store.

Here are some key highlights to keep you up-to-date and ready for the rest of the week ahead:

  • We kicked off the 2019 eWomenNetwork Entrepreneur Conference + Expo’s pre-conference day in the morning with an energetic crowd and eager guest speakers.

  • Registration lines were filled with many familiar faces and new attendees. Networking instantly sparked among those who just met or are seeing each other once again for the Annual Conference.

  • The Director of Digital Marketing, Briana Dai opened the Pre-Conference with a happy dance that got the crowd moving. She worked a beautiful yellow blazer to shout-out the eWomenNetwork brand. The energy was high and the dance moves were spot on.

  • Marketing and Sales expert, Nancy Matthews took the stage to talk about “The Prosperity Accelerator: The Secret to Increasing Passion, Purpose and Profits.” The biggest take away was  to treat everyone you come across as ‘the one’ by giving them your utmost attention and genuinely getting to know that person. Also, understand your WHY. Why are you executing this strategy? Why do you need to consider that tactic? What’s your why? What gets you out of bed? Have intention behind your work.

  • Founder and CEO of Muses, Shirley Yang was next to take the stage. She owns a professional network for entrepreneurs and freelancers. The key takeaways revolved around social media and its relation to influencer marketing. Make sure you understand your audience and how an influencers audience resonates with that - look beyond the feed posts and bio description. Find out what platforms your consumers use most and perfect those. Take advantage of the power of influence wisely. Be sure to stay tuned for more on this in the coming sessions.

  •

    • The law came to play with the next speaker, Melissa Wilder from Ladies of Justice with Legal Shield. She touched on the importance of being proactive and preventative versus being reactive and defensive. People often wait until they have a legal issue to deal with thus making them reactive and defensive rather than being proactive and ahead of the game.

    • ClickFunnels took the stage with Natalie Hodson talking about the unfair advantage to building an online presence. The presentation demonstrated how over 500 entrepreneurs created their own 7-figure funnel in just 12 months. Regardless of your marketing or technical background, you are just ONE FUNNEL away from your own million-dollar story.

    • After the well-needed lunch break, the conference continued with the CEO of lifestyle fashion brand, Peach. Janet Kraus busted out a PowerPoint with keynotes on how to build a strong company culture that brings your team together, differentiates you from the market, and creates staying power over time. A big takeaway focused on individuals and two things they want: (1) a purpose/meaning in life and (2) to be appreciated.

    • It didn’t just stop with the insightful words. After Kraus’ speech, Peach put on a fashion show showcasing stunning lifestyle pieces fit for any entrepreneur. The models were working the stage and the crowd was taking in every second cheering on their fellow female entrepreneurs. If you liked any of the outfits, head over to www.withlovepeach.com for more!

    • Following the fashion hour, Bebe Kinnett of Absolute Web Marketing took the stage to discuss SEO of course. She quoted Sandra’s “Your website is your best employee” but added that with SEO, your website is your best employee on steroids. She also touched on the applications of SEO and website click speeds.

    • Kym Yancey ended Pre-Conference day joined by MD Johnell McCauley touching on the important role of Managing Director. Our favorite part was the diagram depicting what makes up an MD, which you can check out on our Facebook. Yancey said “every aspect of leadership is covered in being an MD.”

We know that was a mouthful, but there were so many exciting parts that we couldn’t help ourselves.

Now that you’re all caught up, let us know what your favorite conference moments are by tagging us on social media and using the hashtags, #time2rise #millionairemindset, #ewnconf, #ewnicon, #entrepreneurlife, and #womensupportingwomen.

Prepare for more speakers, knowledge, and connections as we take on Day 1 of the conference - we might have more surprises in-store for you.
