Morgan Jones

Morgan Jones is a certified peak performance coach, speaker, writer and philanthropist. After being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 14, her dreams of playing professional sports were crushed as her body attacked itself from the inside out. As the disease continued to spread throughout her body over the next decade, she realized that while she may not have control over was happening to her body, she did have control over how she responded to it. Because of this she became passionate about studying the invisible and understanding the importance of mastering our mindsets when overcoming obstacles in our lives. Through her studies she was able to find techniques that helped her through her own journey and now she is on a mission to help others do the same.

Her debut book “Pretty Unfiltered – An Unfiltered Approach to Confidence Where Pretty Isn’t the Point” comes out this Fall. Morgan uses her knowledge in cognitive behavioral therapy, neuroscience and peak performance as the foundation for her book.
