Your Body Is Your Business

Your Body Is Your Business

The Connection Between Your Health, Your Capacity and Your Business Performance

As a woman entrepreneur, your energy, focus, resilience and capacity are not separate from your business — they directly influence how you lead, make decisions, serve your clients and grow.

In this interactive conversation, Mikki Parker helps women entrepreneurs recognize the connection between how they care for their bodies and how they show up in their businesses. Through honest reflection and her GRACE framework, participants will identify where they may be overriding their body's signals and discover practical ways to support their energy, clarity and capacity without adding another complicated routine to their already-full lives.

3 Takeaways

1. Recognize the Business Cost of Running on Empty

Identify how inconsistent energy, poor recovery, stress and putting your own needs last can affect your focus, decision-making, leadership and overall business performance.

2. Use GRACE to Respond Instead of Override

Learn Mikki's simple GRACE framework — Ground, Recognize, Acknowledge, Challenge and Embrace — to turn body awareness into intentional action.

3. Create One Small Shift That Supports Sustainable Performance

Leave with one practical, personalized action you can implement within 24 hours to better support your energy, capacity and ability to lead your business.
